Only you or your authorized agent may submit a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Requests to know are generally limited to two per 12-month period.

4) Response Timeline

We respond to valid, verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know why and for how long.


Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will update this Notice and provide the required opt-out options.


Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. This includes not denying goods or services, not charging different prices, and not providing a different level or quality of services.


Other California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law allows users to request information about personal data shared with third parties for their direct marketing. To make such a request, email info@amazingtipscenter.com.

We may revise this Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Notice.
